Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: - Manage the delivery of products to clients, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet quality standards- Collaborate with our client-facing team to identify and address any issues that clients may have, and work to ensure client satisfaction- Analyze product performance and usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Handle the pre, during and post client launch customer experience and prioritize the work for the team as per criticality and client requirement- Manage product development for a suite of products; collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, ensure product quality and timely execution- Monitor and track client usage and engagement with our products, and proactively identify areas for improvement- Monitor client health and work to identify potential at-risk clients and develop strategies to address any issues- Work with other product managers to improve and automate the processes around launch and product improvements Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience post MBA in product management or a related field- Education: MBA degree from top tier institutes like IIFT/MDI/IIMs is preferred- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and visualization tools- Experience working with SaaS products and an understanding of the software development lifecycle- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders- Very high bar for quality and dedication to get the work done. Strong analytical rigor to identify and resolve issues- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and priorities,
