Job Description

To perform problem management ( KEDB , Trend analysis , root cause analysis) and Levell -3 support on Cisco IPT service to customers.To Analyse & contribute end to end voice problems resolution , 24x7 across all underlying infrastructure/ technologies by providing high level of technical support.To timely execute complex changes on IPT solution.Issue adhoc trend analysis reports , issue/ follow -up on Service Improvement Plan and issue recommendations. Maintain Problem Management DB.about you Qualified in Cisco product suites , CUCM , voice gateway. Qualified on Network , LAN/ WAN topologies and protocols Qualified on Voice protocols ( H323 , MGCP , SIP ,) Ability to carefully plan and co -ordinate work according to a demanding time schedule Strong knowledge of Cisco Voice Gateways , SIP/ H.323/ MGCP Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate in a multi -cultural and cross -functional organisation. Good office automation and PC literacy skills. Exceptional networking/ communications background. Service oriented , customer focused , and have the ability to resolve complex - problems through a calculated and methodical approach. Engineering degree in telecommunication or Equivalent Formal certifications (i.e.CCVP , CCIE -voice) additional information ,
