Diagnose and fix known technical problems for the given set of tools/products supported for the region or accounts. Communicate with customer Point-of-Contact/Partner as well as Cisco internal engineers. Need to be flexible to work on other platforms than their area of expertise, open to learn new technologies. Flexible Skillset - Engineer (Linux + Networking) Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Possess hands on experience or good knowledge on any of the Linux flavour (Solaris/Linux) Networking skills- Basic internetworking knowledge. CCNA certification will be an added advantage.
