Job Description

    Skill required: Insurance - Property and Casualty Underwriting Designation: Senior AnalystQualifications: Any Graduation Years of Experience: 5-8 yearsYou will be aligned to our Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, and Capital Market vertical which is focused on helping clients with their operations & investment portfolios. The Insurance team helps clients and organizations transform their insurance operations into a digital, cost-efficient, agile operating model that helps drive sustainable growth and redefine customer experience. This team provides expertise in the areas of employee benefits, life and annuity, property and casualty and retirement services.In this role, you will be managing workflow process and inventory handle policy maintenance inclusive of, contract amendments, customer & policy maintenance, broker of record changes. You will be managing terminations as needed in internal systems issuance of policy certificates to agents within desired timelines for Property, Auto, Workers Comp, Inland Marine, Travel and Marine Insurance (Commercial & Personal lines in the English Language) What are we looking for We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset:

    Roles and Responsibilities As a team lead you will be expected to:
      • Understand and effectively manage the teams governance and performance
      • Understand the level of risk & propose mitigation plans and partner with other support teams to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner
      • Clearly communicate team goals and deliverables and keep the team updated on changes
      • Coach team members and provide the first level advice on procedures/methods
      • Solve increasingly complex problems & effectively delegate to develop and groom team members for succession planning
      • Maintain client relationships interface through regular connects and emails
      • Understand client priorities and problems & help translate actions for the team
      • Use innovation to identify opportunities to optimize processes, decrease costs and increase client value
      • Use data analytics and story-telling techniques to enhance the client journey
