Job Description

    Job Description & Key Result Areas (KRAs):The position of web developer consists of developing and designing web applicationsand websites creating and specifying architectural and technical parameters anddirecting website content creation enhancement and maintenance.Tasks: Analyse user needs to determine technical requirements. Backup files from websites to local directories for instant recovery in case ofproblems. Confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs resolveconflicts develop content criteria or choose solutions. Design, build or maintain websites using authoring or scripting languagescontact creation tools, management tools and digital media Develop or validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimicexternal interfaces and address all browser and device types. Evaluate code to ensure that it is valid, is properly structured, meets Industriesstandards and is compatible with Browsers devices or operating systems Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback, and correctproblems or refer problems to appropriate personnel for correction. Maintain and understanding of current web technologies or programmingpractices through continuing education, reading or participation in professionalconferences, workshops or groups. Perform or direct website updates. Write, design, or edit web page content or direct others producing content. Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Knowledge of design maintain in wordpress.Qualification and Requirements: A bachelors degree in a computer related field or equivalent. Knowledge of various programming languages, and ability to use logic andreason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions,conclusions or approaches to problems. Ability to analyse needs the product requirements to create a design and abilityto give full attention to what other people are saying.
