To ensure Maximum up-time of the IBM i.Control and use system displays, CL commands, Messages and health support.To execute all system functions on the IBM i series server.This includes on-line and batch programs required for daily, weekly, monthly and annual system processing. Restoration of object, library, entire system etc.Tape Management- Labelling, rotation, retention period.Receive record, resolve and follow up on end-user problems or system malfunctions.Maintain records of problem reports, resolution and follow-up in the I.T. Help desk software application.User profile and access control management in Life Asia as per the Access control matrix.Monitor and control jobs, output and devices.Monitor and execute scheduled jobs.Start and stop the system & Sub-Systems.Monitoring on-line and batch transactions.Execute and monitoring of Life Asia EOD batch jobs on daily basis.Problem reporting and coordinating with application support team.Monitoring system usage (CPU, Memory, Disk) and escalating.PTF maintenance.Maintenance of the LIC.Maintain the ability to execute and assist in predetermined applications.Backup maintenance.System health check.Monitoring MIMIX and DR connectivity.Reporting of replication status issues and coordinating with support team for resolution.Monitoring and troubleshooting of MQAs an Administrator, you should be able to do system administration, Incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels. Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures. Work on scheduled tasks as part of Change Management. Should be able to handle issues independatly and suggest/ implement services improvements plans.Should be able to identify and highlight scope of automation to lead or ManagerMinimum work experience:1 - 3 Years, Minimum Experience Required: 1-3 YEARS Mandatory Skills: Windows Admin-L2 Windows Admin-L1, Windows Admin-L2, Vmware Admin-L1, Infra Administration and Maintenance, Windows and AD Admin-L2 Language Skills: English Language-L2
