Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management Participate in HRIS projects of moderate complexity, with cross functional implications. Performs project process components; defining requirements, functional specifications, data mapping, system testing and go live support. Performs analytical, technical and administrative duties related to planning, designing and implementing HRIS projects. Supports and maintains system setups, configurations and data flow. Production Support - Development and enhancement of existing HRIS systems including, but not limited to: Workday, Oracle etc. Ensures data integrity through process improvement, audits, uploads, maintenance and documentation. Liaison assist and provide Level 2 Support on HR production issues, work with HR Primes and HR Connect to resolve issues as they relate to processes and systems. Develop relationships with IT, Payroll, Compensation, HR Operations, Learning and Development, Benefits, Finance, Purchasing and other key stakeholders. Reporting Provide and support ad hoc reports as needed. Assist with implementation of reporting projects as they relate to key projects being supported/implemented. Assists in the delivery of HRIS strategies and goals. Serves on systems development/upgrade/enhancement projects as team member. Performs testing activities to ensure development/configuration work meets user requirements, such as functional testing, end-user testing, developing testing criteria to drive test scripts Analyze and identify obvious and easy to correct process changes to improve performance and possibly align more closely to best business practices Recommend and Re-engineer existing processes where appropriate to improve stability, increase flexibility, and reduce total cost Implements new systems and conducts user training in the use and features of systems and applications and other areas as needed Creates user guides, system workflow and application documentation as needed, including creating standard operating procedures Acts as point of contact with HR Technology 3rd party vendors for escalation Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field with 4 - 6 years HRIS/IT experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred 2+ year experience configuring Workday 3+ years HR application analysis/support experience 3+ years of experience working with data and handling complex reporting needs, business process design and documentation Prior experience with Workday Integrations is a plus Experience providing production support of HR Technology solutions, such as solving longer-running user issues; troubleshoots independently based on knowledge of application May manage small projects Proficient in use of Microsoft Applications such as MS Project, Word, Power Point, Excel and Visio.
