Job Description

    Looking for ZSM North - CTC: Upto 40 LPA- Location Gurgaon- Experience: 10 + years of Experience Key responsibilities will include: - Formulate sales strategies based on market conditions, demographics.- Accompany team members in the field, meet clients and intervene as and when required.- Review Sales Reports, Leads Generated and Conversions etc. and discuss with team.- Ensure adherence to Systems, procedure, policies of the organization.- Following Operational processes, adhering to compliance requirements, documentation, certifications, etc.- To effectively manage the business in the concerned region and achieving the sales- To develop and maintain a strong sales infrastructure and an aggressive sales team.- To plan, prepare and exist control over sales budget, sales forecast, sales plan etc.- To ensure coordination and relationship management with dealers and other clients.- To continuously gain and update category and channel expertise.- To ensure that sales systems and processes are in place and being used effectively.- Collaborating with central teams to improve sales process around culture, discipline. Preferred : 1. RM of a passenger vehicle manufacturer.2. Director / VP with the ed-tech leaders like Byjus or Unademy3. Folks from Tier 1 / Tier 2 B School with 7 to 10 years of experience. Target colleges like newer IIMs, NITIE, SIBM, SCHMRD, MDI, IMT, IIT Mumbai / SJSOM, XIMB etc. with experience in start up sales, or FMCG sales, Banking Sales or Telecom sales.,
