RGVN (NE) Microfinance Limited invites application from experienced bankers for the post of Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers and various other Branch positions for its upcoming Small Finance Bank. Candidates applying for the various posts must possess prior experience in Banking which includes hands on experience in core banking, banking operations, knowledge of banking products, regulatory requirements and cross selling. Details on work experience, educational qualification and the selection process are mentioned as under. Kindly note that retired bankers and freshers need not apply. Educational Qualification The candidate must be a graduate as on 31.10.2016. (MBA/ PGDM from a Tier 2 or 3 college is preferred)Work Experience 5- 7 years for the post of Branch Managers 4- 6 years for the post of Assistant Branch Managers Minimum 2 years for other Branch Positions.JOB DESCRIPTION Branch Manager Asst.
