Job Description

Roles, Responsibility and Accountability as a Head of the Departments for Cement Industry at East India -

  • Planning, scheduling & execution of preventive maintenance
  • Manpower planning and assignment of day -to-day maintenance as well as various improvement jobs
  • Planning for annual budget for routine maintenance, store inventory as well as in-house project activities
  • Budget and Inventory control for the departments and monitoring the in-house project cost.
  • Power trading in IEX plate form for day-to-day energy consumption requirement and monitoring & maintaining the energy cost
  • Maintain Micro level daily energy consumption data as well as periodic analysis for the energy consumption
  • Adopting the corrective actions and continuous improvement as per ISO 50001:2011 guidelines
  • Internal audits of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 50001:2011
  • Management Representative of ISO 50001:2011
  • PLC and DCS maintenance and logic up-dates as per the requirement
  • Planning for in-house modification & development jobs based on finding of ISO audit as well as various external audits like, energy audit, safety audit etc.
  • Execution of project activities, engineering study for various ongoing in-house as well as external projects
  • Training and Development to team members
  • Co-ordination for power trading, solar plant, Solar & Non-solar REC as well as various inspections to government authorities like, GETCO, UGVCL, GEDA, CEI, etc.
  • Reporting to Dy. GM (Plant Operation) and Sr. VP (Works)
