  • Sourcing resumes through various portals from mid to senior level
  • Screening resumes as per requirement
  • Connecting with screened candidates over phone to explain them about position
  • After discussion, sharing confirmed resumes to senior for further process with client
  • Interview Follow ups of shortlisted candidates till joining phase
  • Closing positions offered by clients
  • Head Hunting
  • Open to learn about new Concepts.
  • Do necessary administrative formalities.

  • He/she should be cooperative and supportive by nature
  • Interpersonal skills; assertiveness, optimism and a sensible attitude are essential
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to work within deadlines and should achieve the targets;
  • Must be proactive and should have the skills to initiate own work without being directed
  • Should be self-motivated and determined
  • Candidates with experience in recruitment will be preferred
  • Should be reliable, trustworthy, and abide by the company terms and conditions
