Responsibilities
Closely collaborate with fellow designers and engineering teams to identify product goals, vision and requirements.
Partner with User Researchers / Product Managers to talk with customers to understand the user needs, goals and motivations.
Conceptualize and define a design experience that supports customer needs and customer requirements.
Verify and improve on designs through reviews, validations and usability testing with end users.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple projects and new technologies.
Become a subject matter expert with the ability to understand the latest architecture, technology, solutions, market trends in respective platforms.
Effectively manage and balance design production and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Skills
Proficient expertise in user-centric design process and methodologies.
Exhibit a wild creative mind and attention to detail with good aesthetic sense.
Credible experience in executing projects across various stages of the design process. Enough data should be given to substantiate exposure/experience in these areas.
( Ideation, Information Architecture, User Flows, Low & Hi fidelity Wireframes Prototyping, Visual Design, Usability Testing )
Proficient expertise in using various design tools such as:
Sketch, Adobe CC ( Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects ), Invision, Zeplin
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivation and quality of work.
Excellent interpersonal skills and crave for learning.

Experience
0-2 years of working experience in user experience and interaction design for complex enterprise applications across various platforms.
Strong background in user-centered design principles across desktop, mobile, and web platforms.
Proven track record for designing web/mobile based applications.
Minimum Required Qualification
B.Des in Graphics Design, Information Design, Interaction Design, New Media Design, Digital Game Design or Product Design from the National Institute of Design in India
Or
M.Des in Graphics Design or Product Design from the National Institute of Design in India
Or
M.Des in Interaction Design or Industrial Design from IIT, Bombay.
Or
B.Des / M.Des in User Experience & Interaction Design from IIT, Kanpur
Or
B.Des / M.Des / Ph.D in User Experience & Interaction Design from IIT, Guwahati.
or an equivalent Degree / Diploma from a similarly ranked international institute.
Reporting
The person employed on this role shall report to the Associate Creative Director in Chennai or a person designated by the company.
