Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings for the Day!We at IIFL are looking forGold Appraiser forour Gold Loan Branches across West Bengal (Midnapore,Kolkata,Siliguri,Hooghly,Howrah,Murshidabad, etc.),Bihar & Assam.-

  • Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL _GL branch in the proper catchment areas
  • Should be able to handle walk-in customers.
  • Responsible for Gold Valuation * & enhancing the POS** growth of the particular branch.
  • Accounting & handling cash in the branch for Gold Loan transactions.
  • To guide & provide the customers with all the required information about loans & schemes.
  • Keeping the existing customers up dated with their existing account details
  • Good in clerical ability & systematic working is highly appreciated.
  • Calculation of Gold valuation pledged by customer & maintenance of records.
  • Cross selling of multiple investment products
  • Adherence to the administrative processes, norms, policies & discipline of the organization.
Educational and Professional Qualification Requirementso Minimum: Graduateo Beneficial/Desired: MBA from tier 3 collegeExperience:
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial instrument sales. Gold Loan experience preferable.
Competencies:
  • Should flair for customer handling & sales.
  • Flexible for traveling & doing outdoor activities.
  • Require multitasking ability, convincing & good interpersonal skill.
  • Willing to take up responsibilities & ownership proactively and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should have basic knowledge on computer.
