Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the Branch business. Identifying the weak branches on monthly basis and turning them to productive branches by visiting the branches and training and motivating the staff on regular basis.
  • Identifying new arenas for business development other than the MFL branches through self contacts and through scanning the branch data.
  • Acquisition of new corporate accounts and its effective management.
  • Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new schemes, competitors activities, etc
  • Upgrading the sales skills of branch staff in respect of gold coin by organizing at least Two cluster meeting of 5 to 7 Branches on monthly basis in some branch with minimum travel time to the staff.
  • Overall sensitization of the branch staff so as to ensure alignment with the regional goal.
  • Reconciliation of gold coin stocks of each branch on fortnightly basis.
  • Vat calculation and filing of tax returns on monthly basis wherever applicable.
  • Preparation of all MIS reports based on the feed back received from the branches under the region.
  • Monitoring of Bank accounts and submission of reconciled bank statement with certificate, wherever applicable.
  • Working to achieve NIL level of MKV defaulters in the allocated Region.
  • Any other work allotted from time to time by the competent authority.
