BRANCH MANAGER Job Locations :- Bijoy Nagar (Assam) Bilashipara (Assam) Duliajan - (Assam) Dharmanagar (Tripura) Udaipur (Tripura) > BRANCH MANAGER : Retired Bankers or VRS Optee from Banks, Scale II & above, Age upto 62 years. > ASST. BRANCH MANAGER : Minimum 5 yrs of managerial grade experience in Banks, NBFC or any Finance Company, Age should be above 30 years. Responsibilities and Duties :- > Allotted target achievement of the branch. > New customer acquisition and attending all product inquiries through normal branch walkins, sales activities, marketing promotions etc. > Regular follow up for interest collection and NPA reduction. > Responsible for regular branch operations gold appraisal, strong room operations, making gold packets, closures, renewals etc. > Cross selling of all products and increase in walk-in of the branch. > Error-free audit reports and proper compliance being followed at the branch. > Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of Muthoot Group. > Cost control. > Others, as instructed by higher authority.
