As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and mentoring a sales team, and ensuring we achieve our ambitious sales goals. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional goals. Identify and target new customer segments, including students and parents. Promote academic and non-academic courses to a diverse audience. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Identify new business opportunities and propose innovative solutions. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Address customer queries and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Reporting & Feedback: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Provide feedback on products and services to improve offerings. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns. Collaborate with academic and operations teams to align sales efforts with service delivery.Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
