Job Description

    Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities
    1. Take personal ownership of top customers of the state.
    2. Add new customers to the kitty of existing customers list of the company.
    3. Establish all verticals of products with majority of Dealers and Projects
    4. Will be responsible for team performance of Faucets, Sanitary ware, Hot water solutions, Shower enclosures, Wellness and Showrooms.
    5. Motivate & Develop team to bring out 100% productivity from each team member.
    6. Liquidate slow moving items by setting targets for each team member vertically.
    7. Do market development, create a market for companys products.
    8. Dealers to be converted as exclusive dealers, Business vertical wise.
    9. Make plans, set targets for each month for each employee and review their achievements week wise
