Job Description

    Summary:We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to create and expand our dealer network for electric scooters across various districts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential dealers.Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential dealers in different districts to onboard them into our electric scooter network. Develop and execute strategies to expand the dealer network and achieve sales targets. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess the viability of potential dealers. Present and explain the benefits of partnering with our brand to prospective dealers. Negotiate and finalize agreements with new dealers. Provide support and training to newly onboarded dealers to ensure a smooth start. Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction. Prepare regular reports on dealer network development and performance.Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel frequently to various districts. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets. Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus.
