This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our ecommerce operations.Job Summary:As an Ecommerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing various operational processes within our ecommerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall working. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of Excel, have previous experience with ERP software, be young and energetic, and demonstrate exceptional team management skills.Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day tasks in the e-commerce platform, including GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and returns. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations. Utilize Excel for data analysis, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. Manage inventory, orders, and fulfillment using ERP software (Ginesys). Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely product delivery and resolve issues. Handle a team of 5-6 members and assist in their training and development. Previous experience in e-commerce or retail operations is advantageous. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with ERP software, specifically Ginesys, and inventory/order management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Good communication skills. Bachelors degree in operations management or a related field is preferred.
