The General Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing operations, overseeing marketing strategies, fostering enterprise collaborations, and organizing events. This role requires a blend of leadership, innovation, and. operational acumen to ensure the successful management and growth of Grab Space Coworking.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Management: Drive occupancy rates by developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, including freelancers, startups, and enterprises.2. Marketing Oversight: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new members. Oversee social media presence, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.3. Enterprise Collaboration: Cultivate partnerships with enterprises and businesses to offer tailored coworking solutions. Engage in networking and community events to build relationships and collaborations.4. Event Coordination: Plan and oversee events hosted at Grab Space Coworking, including workshops, networking events, and member-exclusive activities. Ensure events align with our brand and add value to our community.5. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the coworking space, ensuring a seamless experience for members. Manage staff, oversee facility maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.6. Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage the financial performance of the coworking space, including budgeting, expense management, and revenue tracking.7. Community Building: Foster a welcoming, collaborative community environment within the coworking space. Encourage member engagement and satisfaction.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
