Job Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager with 2-4 years of experience in IT solutions-related projects. This individual will play a key role in managing and executing IT projects for clients, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience working with IT systems, software development, and technology implementations.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end IT solution projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget. Create, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, proactively managing any issues or roadblocks, and report project status to senior management and stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and IT specialists, to achieve project goals. Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Ensure project quality and performance standards are met through regular quality checks, testing, and reviews. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Manage vendor relationships for third-party solutions or services, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines. Provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of proven experience in project management in IT solutions or technology projects. Familiarity with software development life cycles, IT infrastructure, and enterprise-level IT solutions. Proficiency in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions to overcome project challenges. Willingness to travel to both the Gwalior and Delhi locations as required for project meetings and coordination.Preferred Qualifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certifications are a plus. Experience in managing projects with cloud technologies, data security, or IT infrastructure solutions. Knowledge of IT services such as cloud computing, enterprise software, and software integration.
