Job Description

    ICT Network Security Expert (Min 5 years of experience with Certification)Role Overview: The ICT Network Security Expert will be responsible for ensuring the security, availability, and performance of the network infrastructure in a Data Center (DC) environment. The candidate must possess expertise in managing security devices, implementing network redundancy, and protecting data center operations from potential security risks. They will ensure seamless operations, focusing on high uptime, network integrity, and compliance with security standards.Key Responsibilities:Configure, operate, and manage network security devices including firewalls, routers, and switches to ensure optimal security and performance.Implement and maintain network security policies, such as network segmentation, VPNs, IPSec, and TLS encryption to protect internal and external communications.Ensure high availability and network redundancy using protocols such as BGP, HSRP, or VRRP, ensuring uninterrupted data center operations.Implement and manage DDoS protection mechanisms to mitigate attacks and maintain data center availability.Manage and secure Wi-Fi networks within the data center environment.Deploy and maintain SIEM tools for real-time monitoring, logging, and threat detection across the data center infrastructure.Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to proactively identify and mitigate security risks within the data center.Document and update network configurations, security policies, and incident response plans regularly.Collaborate with system administrators to ensure the integration of security across all data center components.Required Skills and Expertise:Network Device Management: Ability to configure, operate, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls in a data center environment.DDoS Protection: Experience in setting up and managing DDoS protection mechanisms to safeguard data center infrastructure.High Availability and Redundancy: Expertise in implementing high-availability solutions using network redundancy protocols like BGP, HSRP, VRRP.Wi-Fi Network Management: Expertise in securing and managing high-performance Wi-Fi networks.SIEM Solutions: Ability to configure and manage SIEM tools for real-time monitoring and event correlation.Network Security Protocols: Expertise in configuring and managing security protocols such as IPSec, VPN, SSL/TLS.Vulnerability Assessment: Conducting regular vulnerability scans and implementing necessary system hardening measures.Incident Response: Experience in developing and managing incident response plans for data center security breaches.Preferred Certifications:Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security).Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).CompTIA Security.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced data center environment.Excellent communication and documentation skills for maintaining network configurations and security protocols.Ability to collaborate effectively with system administrators and other teams.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: Morning shiftExperience: Network security: 5 years (Required)Work Location: In person,
