    • Production Supervisor at FMCG Company - Job DescriptionJob Summary: As a Production Supervisor at FMCG Company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process to ensure the efficient and timely manufacturing of the companys products. Your role is essential in maintaining high-quality standards, operational efficiency, and a safe working environment.Key Responsibilities:
      1. Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities within the production department. This includes managing staff, equipment, and resources to meet production targets.
      2. Quality Control: Ensure that production processes adhere to strict quality control standards. Monitor the quality of raw materials, work in progress, and finished products to maintain consistency and compliance with company specifications.
      3. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment. Address any safety concerns or incidents promptly and proactively.
      4. Resource Management: Optimize the use of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to achieve production efficiency and minimize waste.
      5. Training and Development: Train and develop production staff, ensuring they are well-versed in standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
      6. Production Scheduling: Collaborate with production planning teams to develop and maintain production schedules that meet demand while maximizing productivity.
      7. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and reports, including production quantities, quality control data, and any incidents or deviations from standard procedures.
      8. Problem Solving: Address production issues as they arise, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions to maintain a smooth production process.
      Qualifications:
      • A bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or production management, may be preferred.
      • Proven experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
      • Strong leadership and communication skills.
      • Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
      • Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.
      • Problem-solving abilities and the ability to work effectively in a team.
