Job Description

    Job Title: Store ExecutiveJob Overview: As a Store Executive in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, your primary responsibility is to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. You will be tasked with ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the store.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Inventory Management:
      • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
      • Conduct regular stock checks to minimize discrepancies.
      • Implement effective inventory control measures to reduce wastage and stock outs.
    2. Order Processing:
      • Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and ensure timely deliveries.
      • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and handle discrepancies appropriately.
      • Monitor and track order fulfillment to prevent delays.
    3. Customer Service:
      • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
      • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
      • Ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized store.
    4. Visual Merchandising:
      • Arrange and display products to maximize visibility and promote sales.
      • Implement visual merchandising standards provided by the company.
      • Regularly update displays to highlight promotions and new arrivals.
    5. Sales Support:
      • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
      • Monitor product performance and provide feedback on popular and slow-moving items.
      • Implement sales promotions and contribute to achieving sales goals.
    6. Compliance and Security:
      • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
      • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
      • Implement security measures to prevent theft and unauthorized access.
    7. Reporting:
      • Generate and analyze sales reports, inventory turnover, and other relevant metrics.
      • Provide regular updates to management on store performance and key challenges.
    8. Team Collaboration:
      • Work closely with colleagues to foster a positive and productive team environment.
      • Assist in training new staff members as needed.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • A bachelors degree in business, retail management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in using inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
    • Knowledge of FMCG products and market trends.
