You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, including inventory management, customer service, staff supervision, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your primary goal will be to optimize store performance and ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Inventory Management:
      • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
      • Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
      • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
    2. Customer Service:a
      • Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries or purchases.
      • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
      • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service at all times.
    3. Staff Supervision:
      • Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
      • Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to ensure optimal staffing levels.
      • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff as needed.
    4. Store Operations:
      • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
      • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
      • Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions.
    5. Sales and Promotion:
      • Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
      • Coordinate promotional activities and displays to drive sales.
      • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
