Responsible for attending / rectification of Instrumentation breakdowns in the plant through job orders / telephone calls.
Responsible for getting the material from Engineering Store for the respective work to be carried out.
Responsible to attend the breakdown/ maintenance work pending from previous shift and maintain the house keeping at the work place.
Responsible to carry out the preventive maintenance / overhauling of instrument panels, DCS/PLC panels etc. as per schedule.
Maintaining and updating general shift logbook/history card on daily basis.
Housekeeping of calibration lab and the area in which he is working.
Calibration of instruments ( All type of Gauge and transmitters) as per schedule and approved SOP s.
Calibration of RPM indicators as per schedule and approved SOP s
Calibration of Weighing scale/weigh brides as per schedule and approved SOP;s
Calibration of FQIs as per schedule and approved SOP s.
Calibration of LT and LIs as per schedule and approved SOP s.
Down loading the data of data loggers for temperature mapping.
QualificationsQualification : Diploma/ ITI
Experience : 4 Year
Key Skills : Good understanding of Instrument Procedure, Instrument calibrations, Understanding of GMP
