We are hiring for two key positions: Full Stack Developer and UX/UI Designer to help develop and enhance our digital platforms. Roles*: Full Stack Developer & UX/UI Designer Location*: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh Job Type*: Full-time 2. UX/UI Designer* Key Responsibilities*:- Collaborate with developers and product managers to design seamless and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user research, business requirements, and analytics.- Design visually engaging and intuitive user interfaces that align with Pulse Events branding.- Conduct user testing and research to gather feedback and iterate designs accordingly.- Develop and maintain a consistent design system across both app and website interfaces.- Ensure that the digital experience is responsive and optimized for various devices.- Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to improve user experience.- Work on iterative improvements based on user feedback and data insights.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring design ideas to life while ensuring alignment with technical specifications. Required Skills & Qualifications*:- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio demonstrating web and mobile app design projects.- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools.- Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic knowledge).- Expertise in creating user-centered designs with a focus on usability and user experience.- Ability to design responsive and visually appealing interfaces for a variety of devices.- Excellent attention to detail and creativity in design execution.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers and stakeholders.- Experience in usability testing and gathering user feedback for iterative design improvements.- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and design standards. Preferred Qualifications*:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.- 3 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development or UX/UI Design.- Experience with app and website development in the event management or hospitality sector is a plus.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
