Job Description

    Required Sales Officers/TSI/TSODeveloping Sales Plans and Strategies to Achieve Sales Targets. Building and Maintaining Relationships with Retailers and Distributors. Conducting market Research to Identify customer Trends and Preferences. Implementing marketing activities to promote Personal Care/OTC products.Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2-10 years experience in Channel Sales FMCG/OTC/Pharma/Cosmetics Etc.Product line: Herbal Beauty & Personal care, Facial Kits, Bulk cosmetics, Haircare, skin care products for tropical application.INDUSTRY:Cosmetics/Beauty & Personal CareFUNCTIONAL AREA:Through Channel / Direct SalesEDUCATION:Any Graduate/102 - Any Specialization Not RequiredKEY DELIVERABLES:- Achieving sales targets- Expanding into new geographies/Business DevelopmentRESPONSBILIIES & DUTIES:The Candidate should have the following essential qualities.
    1. Candidates who are willing for Beauty & Personal Care sector for growth and higher package.
    2. He must have the necessary exposure of sales & Marketing and should possess necessary skills and qualities of experienced marketing person.
    3. He must have the exposure, experience and knowledge of launching new products with new strategy.
    4. He must have the ready network of financially sound partys viz. Stockiest, Distributors and required distribution channel for the assigned territory.
    5. He must be experienced and well verse in product launches, product promotion in the market with time line.
    6. He must be capable of handle large territory, and expands sales network in allocated cities.
    7. He should be experienced in promoting products in beauty parlors & saloons counters.
