Job Description

Main focus will be on implementing the right processes and practices across the Organization and ensure its compliance & meeting the goals and objectives of the company
Responsible to manage the day to day business operations. {Profit Centers}
Main role will be to ensure that all the branches of the Organization work according to the process flow and SOP that has been defined
work hand in hand with the Manufacturing Team, Sales Team and other Heads of the Departments.
keep an effective control on Inventory Management.
keep an effective control of Vendor Management.
conduct spot punctuality and productivity audits to ensure smooth function of operations.
Ensure branch head productivity on a daily basis.
Make sure that QAQC and Management principles (ISIISO) are adhered to and complied with.
To ensure payments are done as and when accrued in co - ordination with the Accounts.
oversee other Administration works of the Organization.
Any other work assigned by the Management from time to time.
