A&C-Engineer-Pharma Packaging Machine Manufacturer @ Mumbai.Kindly Find below Company Profile and Job Details FYI.About Company: With over fifty years of industry expertise, Company is an integrated processing, manufacturing and packaging solutions provider for the global pharmaceutical industry.Designation: A & C - EngineerLocation: Mumbai, Pune and BangaloreEducational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Instrumentation/ Electronics.Core:

  • To receive, respond quickly and attend to customer complaints in a more systematic and professional manner.
  • To get closer to our customers by personally keeping in touch from time to time and cater to their needs in a flash.
  • To attend machine breakdowns in shortest possible time and increase up-time of machines.
  • To attend machine software upgradation/ modification request and ensure completion in time
  • To conduct customer training programs in house or at customer place.
  • Documentation execution like PLC validation, CSV, IQ/OQ,21 CFR Part 11 compliance
  • Recognizing sales opportunities and communicating the same to our sales TICs.
  • Integrate customer feedback with our existing business process.
  • Help in getting competitor information on products, markets, etc.
  • To generate spare business, up-gradation business and execute the same at customer place. Scope of Decision Making: (As per Career Architecture)
  • Maintains and updates database on customer complaints, service provided, and response time and customer feedback to be relayed back to the seniors
  • Follow up for orders for spares parts & services
  • Conducts FAT trials on PLC upgradation, validates and visits customer site for commissioning of Automation upgradation site.
