  • Candidates will contribute towards achieving Sales Target of the region & implementing sales promotional strategies of that particular region.
  • Candidates will be given database and they have to do cold calling and setup meeting at students place.
  • Candidate will be required to visit and arrange demonstration activities to customers places.
  • Candidate must have excellent presentation skills.
  • To prepare and plan and carry out extensive analysis on the assigned markets, meet students and nurture the accounts with a goal of student enrolment on our program.
  • To implement feedback received on training program and co-coordinating with the training division for improvisation
Eligibility :Any graduates with minimum of 6mths to 8 years of experience.Two wheeler/Laptop MandatoryBasic RequirementsGood communication skillsPassionate about SalesSelf-MotivatedGoal DrivenOpen to Working on weekends (6 days working with Fixed Off on Wednesday)Proven sales experienceFamiliarity with different sales techniques and pipeline managemenCompensation: 2.4 to 4.5 lakhs/Annum + unlimited incentives + allowancesMentor for B2C felid sales Direct SalesLocation Mumbai , BangaloreDesired Profile: -
  • Candidates ONLY from the B2C/Individual Sales/Field Sales are eligible (No B2B/Corporate Sales or Institutional Sales)
  • Any Graduate with Very Good communication skills
  • (English, Hindi).In addition to this he should be well versed with the local area language
  • Should be ready to work 6 days a week (Wednesdays to Mondays) Week Off on Tuesdays
  • Ready to work in extended shifts or late evenings
Salary Fixed 5.0 7.0 Lakhs P. AFixed Retention bonus 1 Lakhs P.A.Performance based Variables 2 Lakhs P.A.Team Managers Location: PAN India

Qualification & Skills
  • MBA or Graduate with at least 5 years B2C sales experience Minimum 1 years experience of managing a team of 15 20 sales executives Experience in to Data Analysis; proficient with using Excel.
Salary 5-7 Fixed Salary + variable + bonus.
