Primary Duties & Responsibilities As Account Executive you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts in a highly- productive, inside sales environment. You must be comfortable in a small organization where personal performance is critical Commitment, determination and results are rewarded.Physical position location is required at our Corporate Office in Foster City with the opportunity to support west, central or eastern territoriesStrategically hunt and creatively build pipeline and maintain coverage to quotaMake outbound calls and send email introductions to designated account listBuild, develop and maintain knowledge to become an expert on Synactive products and servicesProspect revenue opportunities and build a pipelineEffectively connect Synactive solutions to solving clients business challengesWork with the Pre- Sales Systems Engineers, Resellers/ Channel Partners, and/ or Solution Partners to establish unique value of Synactive Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Has 2 - 4 years proven sales experience in a related industry with a successful sales record/ strong cold- calling experience at a minimumHas the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilitiesIs comfortable selling to Line of Business Decision Markers or C- levelHas proven ability to close business via phoneIs able to effectively deliver web- based product demonstrationsHas the ability to negotiate effectively based on value and time to closeHas strong technical aptitudeHas an out- going, dynamic personality/ a self- starter who thrives when challenged and has a need to winSelling experience selling to clients of SAP ERP or similar market solutions highly desirableAbility to quickly learn new processesExcellent written and verbal communication skills Technical Requirements MS office Proficiency/ Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointFamiliar with CRM type business systems a plus, not requiredKnowledge of enterprise solutions such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce.com knowledge a plus,
