Account Executives are responsible to meet their assigned quota by selling to new and existingcustomers in their assigned territory. They manage the full sales cycle of all deals in theirregion, indirect deals, including setting up and presenting in local seminars, following up onincoming or self- generated leads, performing product demos, answering industry, company andbasic technical questions without the assistance of the assigned Sales Engineers, negotiatingterms and prices, and closing deals.Responsibilities:Penetration of defined account list to identify and drive sales of the Privileged AccountSecurity Solution and Highly Sensitive Information Management (HSIM)Driving new Privileged Account Security/HSIM business from new and existing enterpriseaccountsTargeting and penetrating at the CxO level risk, auditor and practitioner/IT level of theseorganizationsIdentification, cultivation and formalization of relationships with key partners and 3rd partiesinvolved in the advising on, and selling of information security solutions to enterpriseorganizationsGenerate leads by scheduling and presenting in local seminarsFollow up on incoming leads, schedule and present in remote or onsite meetingsAble to articulate and present value proposition. Position and Demonstrate productscapabilitiesWork with local VARs: transfer knowledge and motivate their management and accountexecutives; perform mutual marketing eventsFollow up continuously on all potential sales processes to advance them towards closingNegotiate terms/pricing and close dealsPerform bi-weekly meetings with the territory SE and Professional Services Engineers toassess the status of all existing accounts, and to expedite the rollout and up-sale/cross-saleprocessesSchedule remote or onsite product evaluations performed by the territory SE60-70% travelRequirements:Bachelors Degree in Engineering from premier university8-10 years as an enterprise software sales executive in India region - security experience ispreferred though not a mandate.Track record of success in identifying, cultivating and closing $100k+ dealsSales engineering, programming and/ or technical implementation experience is a plusAbility to conduct executive level presentations and issue oriented educational seminarsDemonstrated ability to coordinate, navigate and motivate the range of internal and externalinfluencers in enterprises to select and implement information security solutionsAbility to conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, as neededKnowledge of Information Security and/or Network Architecture desiredCISSP, MBA, and/or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science desired ,
