Job Description

  • The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals by managing a set of accounts using the telephone
  • The ISAM will build direct relationships with Accounts and will work closely with and leverage the support team to maximize the revenue opportunities
  • This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strong collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Industry: Builds account relationships with smaller customers typically within a single industry.Function: May need limited project and time management skills
  • Products and Services: Sells a broad range of non-enterprise level hardware products and services
Essential Requirements
  • Telephone etiquette skills and ability to articulate solution
  • Complex problem solving skills
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Sales domain.
  • Customers: Develops account relationships with less complex or smaller customer accounts.
