Position: Account Manager Hyderabad OfficeJob Description/ Skills Required: Seeking an Account Manager to work closely with our U.S. clients to facilitate communications between the client and the delivery team. The Account Manager will serve as an expert customer service liaison to the client and help us maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will gather feedback from the client regarding delivery performance, questions or concerns and convey it back to the delivery team. Should understand the clients requirements, promptly respond to concerns and be able to generate ideas to solve clients query on call.Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (preferably prior experience with international voice process) Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge or understanding of basic IT industry The ability to generate ideas and problem solve The ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once Customer centricity Good attention to detail Must have the ability to effectively present information, respond and follow- up on questions and inquiries from clients, other managers and subordinates.
