Position: Account Manager Hyderabad OfficeJob Description/ Skills Required: Seeking an Account Manager to work closely with our U.S. clients to facilitate communications between the client and the delivery team. The Account Manager will serve as an expert customer service liaison to the client and help us maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will gather feedback from the client regarding delivery performance, questions or concerns and convey it back to the delivery team.
