Job Description

    Do you have a keen eye for detail Can you effectively assess complex information to build and implement data integrity governance frameworks Can you manage relationships with key stakeholders both within your region and globally We re looking for an analyst to: Provide ownership / leadership of the Global Account Opening system (MYRIAD) to drive transformation and automation opportunities. Provide and lead analysis to work collaboratively with the system provider to optimise the internal usage of MYRIAD. Become an integral part of the Global Account Opening Team, ensuring the processes are carried out in accordance with approved procedures. Work collaboratively to provide support and direction to a vendor team performing the account opening process. Work in collaboration with a Global UBS team on day to day tasks and strategic initiatives Implement process improvements, leveraging your on the floor insights, including the identification of transformation and automation opportunities. Be integral to the success in delivering the teams risk remediation programme Analyse the teams tasks, processes and controls to identify potential risks Effectively manage the risks associated with their role and responsibilities, promptly escalating issues as they ariseYour teamYou ll be working in the Account Opening Team, as part of Network and Market Infrastructure (NMI). NMI are responsible for the network of relationships with third party post trade providers including agent banks and market utilities (CSD, CCP) that UBS contracts with to provide custody, clearing, and settlement services. NMI is responsible for provider strategy, commercial management, delivery of cost savings, account inventory maintenance, processing of invoices, allocation of charges within the organization, market intelligence, and adherence to regulatory requirements., You have: Prior exposure to data integrity frameworks. Good analytical skill set with an ability to assess processes for potential risk and efficiency opportunities. An appreciation of the impact of failure to process tasks on a timely basis Experience of working in a global team across a variety of onshore, near shore and offshore locations Experience of managing external vendor relationships to ensure solutions are implemented successfully and functionality is utilised correctly.
