Req ID: 63309 Accounting Manager to join our team in HYDERABAD , Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP) , India (IN) . FA Operations: Responsible managing process level Team Managers and Team Members for assigned countries in APAC Should be having in depth knowledge of Finance Accounts consisting accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, month end closing and reporting, reconciliation and preparation of balance sheet schedules Working experience in handling Internal/External Audit queries Should be familiar with the financial accounting guidelines of APAC countries and their detail level of financial reporting Should have knowledge of IFRS Guidelines on Financial reporting Responsible for managing the daily activities for assigned entities, Month end close activities, review of financial statement reports for all the APAC companies Need to work with entities for addressing their issues/queries/challenges Submit the queries and review comments to the companies and get the Financials corrected as per the reporting guidelines and policies To lead and drive weekly/monthly calls and review meetings with entities and management To provide adequate support to APAC region for audit support and process improvements Desired: Prior experience in Managing Teams under Finance and Accounting domain Continually evaluate team deliverable and process metrics for management review Continually evaluate and share Best Practices/Guidelines among team Analyze and resolve complex or difficult problems presented by subordinates, and escalate appropriately to the senior management. Facilitate resolution of customer grievances in a timely manner and ensure superior levels of Service promises are met Evaluate performance of the Team Managers/Team Members as part of performance appraisal process
