Job Description

Minimum 1 year experience in inbound tours Must have completed or nearing completion of Graduate degree Excellent geographic knowledge of India and up to date with news and events in travel trade Excellent communication skills spoken and written Ability to multi - task - organise and prioritize workload and be able to perform under pressure to meet specified deadlines Strong team working skills should be able to gel with colleagues Responsible and Confident in Operations handling: Stage 1 Query Handling Stage : Liaising with agents on email / phone and clearly understanding requirements. Preparing appropriate itineraries and costings to suit clients requirements Stage 2 Reservation Stage: Being able to liaise with suppliers to make required reservations and reconfirmations pre arrival of pax Stage 3 Tour Implementation Stage: Ensuring smooth flow of tour from pax arrival to departure. This will involve liaising with suppliers / agents / direct clients on a regular basis to ensure best service is delivered to clients. Pro - active attitude willing to take initiative and learn Location: Hyderabad Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts Dept of an organisation Must have completed or nearing completion of an Accounts related Graduate degree Preferred: Experience on Tally 9 , Forex regulations and remittances , banking and RBI regulations Excellent communication skills spoken and written Ability to multi - task - organise and prioritize workload and be able to perform under pressure to meet specified deadlines Strong team working skills should be able to gel with colleagues Pro - active attitude willing to take initiative and learn We are also recruiting for our Outbound division , KTC Grand Tours. The following positions are available: Assistant Manager Outbound Operations Location: Hyderabad Minimum 4 5 years experience in outbound operations Should possess excellent technical knowledge of outbound operations and should be up to date with news and events in travel trade Minimum Education Qualification: Graduate degree Excellent communication skills spoken and written Ability to multi - task - organise and prioritize workload and be able to perform under pressure to meet specified deadlines Strong team working and leadership skills should be able to gel with colleagues and supervise a team of juniors Pro - active attitude willing to take initiative Sales Consultant Outbound tours Minimum 2 years experience in outbound agency sales Should possess excellent geographic knowledge of outbound tours and should be up to date with news and events in travel trade Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate and influence people Strong team working and networking skills Pro - active attitude willing to take initiative and lear,
