The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing daily accounting functions and preparing financial reports as well as ensuring that all accounting reports are accurate and comply with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures. The Accounts Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures, managing financial analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional. teams.Qualifications: 5 - 7 Years Hands on Experience.. Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.. Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role.. Expertise in using ZOHO Payroll and TallyERP9 for efficient accounts management.. Proficiency in using ZOHO Payroll and TallyERP9 for efficient accounts management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and financial transactions Experience in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Experience with accounting software applications Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or Finance or a related fieldRelevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of tax laws, relevant certifications (e.g. CPA, CMA, ACCA), and experience with international trade or the import/export industry,
