Leading efforts across streamlining general administration by scrutinizing flaws and devised strategic measures for betterment. Responsible for documentation and implementation of administrative functions. Carrying out day-to-day administrative works and handling all official work like attending calls, inventory, stationary, housekeeping, vendor negotiation & bill preparation, organizing events for employees, client coordination. Directing, leading and motivating workforce imparting training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency. Addressing various internal issues arising in the premises and resolving them to maintain cohesive working environment. Handling day-to-day general correspondences like letters, Emails etc. and efficiently managing all E-mails for making/ tracking replies. Making efforts across developing healthy and strong working environment in the organization by coordinating and assisting others in day-to-day business operations. Maintaining close coordination with front office and providing security support as and when required. Preparing monthly salary sheets of employees, daily cash & bank books, C-Form receivables and issuable, petty cash book on daily basis, annual bonuses, outstanding list of debtor and making payment follow-up, Reconciling bank statement at the end of the month and following up with the supplier for bills Preparing and verifying vendor invoices and submitting the same to the finance team.
