Prompt Maintaining the appointment schedule of MD Sir2. Following up with all departments for timely submission of all reports to MD, Director - Operations & Director - Admin3. Taking dictation for any communication to be made by management & drafting email/letter as required for the same4. Taking all Incoming phone calls & diverting the same to the concerned Department / Individual5. Maintaining Movement register of Field Staff and Incoming & Outgoing Courier Registers on daily basis6. Maintaining Stationary, Grocery, & petty office needs aricles stock monthly basis, & submitting the petty cash report every Saturday of the wee7. Keeping Office clean & Tidy in association with Cleaning staff8. Maintaining Annual Maintainance records for all office works like - Technical Computer person, Bio Matrix Machines, Tea & Coffee Wending Machine, UPS - Batteries, Airconditions, CCTV Cameras, Printer & Cartridges, etc.9. Collation and distribution of minutes, reports and other documents10. Administer the petty cash system and ensure appropriate record keeping11. Issuing the office stationary to the staff and maintaining the records of the same12. Work allocation to office boy13. Seeing that all the Satutory bills of AMCs are paid on time & no service has been stopped14. Finding of new vendors for AMCs if the old one is not performing or charging high15. Procuring new Computer or laptop as per the requisite raised by the head of the department in coordination with Purchase executive16. Booking Flight or Train Tickets of Sales team with approval from Sales Head, as & when required17. Booking of Hotel for Sales team with approval from Sales Head, as & when required18. Booking Flight or train tickets & hotel for the Management as the need be19. Maintaining all the Invoices for booking made & presenting the same to Accounts Manager by 31st / 30th of every month20. Performing all other task given by Management,
