We aim to attract the best and brightest people, whatever their background, to bring new perspectives to some of the most complex and inspiring projects around the world.The opportunityBe a part of our facilities management business that oversees work for leading organisations across the public and private sectors around the world.Our Asia Pacific hub started in 2004 and has successfully operated in a wide range of countries, delivering project programme management, facilities management and cost consultancy services.The roleAdministration assistantYour responsibilities will include:Supervising all housekeeping employees and assigning work develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.Referring and following up on maintenance or equipment issues with engineering and other department.Reviewing and monitoring daily schedule to ensure enough coverage for the day.Overseeing work of contracted labor regarding maintenance of the space.Responsible for the management and operation of the housekeeping department.Daily briefing of supervisors.Overseeing day to day cleaning responsibilities of housekeeping team.Dealing with hospitality suppliers.Conducting pre shift brief meeting.Training staff by following OSHA and hotel guidelines for the safe handling of all housekeeping chemicals and equipment.Monitoring and performing inventories weekly and monthly of housekeeping and pantry stocks.Delegating assignments and supervise all housekeeping staff.Monitoring supplies.Generating and reporting MIS.Participating in environmental management system.Supporting EMS representative in achieving the objectives.Participating in EMS Internal and External Audits .The requirementsYour experience, knowledge and skills need to include:Knowledge in Statutory compliance.Excellent communication skills (written and oral).Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. Significant experience in Facilities Management.Experience of delivering soft facilities management services.Experience of working in a multinational company.Experiencing of working in Hotels.
