Job Description

In this role, you will

  • Works on problems of diverse scope where data analysis and data entry is required
  • Creation of purchase requests and ensure to follow-up with the approvers to get a timely approval
  • Ability to read the contracts and submit them through CLM approvals
  • Onboarding or setup of the vendors in the required systems by working with the vendor, security and audit teams
  • Review of invoices and have them submitted into systems
  • Interface with purchasing department and vendors to resolve issues as needed

In this role, you ll need

  • A can do attitude, high energy, and creativity are required along with organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, written, and visual communication skills, with ability to present findings concisely and effectively.
  • Thorough understanding of ERP systems such as SAP
  • Familiarity with the process around vendor onboarding
  • Experience in working with global companies and cultures
  • 1-2 years of work experience is preferred, but not mandatory
