The Impact: This is an important role as part of the administration support activity in Orion. This role will primarily help run and execute on site level projects while co-ordinating across various teams, facilitate and co-ordinate employee engagement activities with leadership team, employee groups and support teams; co-coordinating and setting up meetings, besides coordinating travel related activities for Orion leadership team and managing vendor relationships.

Co-coordinating and setting up meetings, where needed
Help in putting across the agenda for meetings and documenting Minutes of the Meetings
Help run and execute on site level projects while coordinating across various teams.
Manage vendor relationships and procurement process for office, where needed
Collaborate with HR, Finance and other support teams, where needed
Facilitate large-scale meetings, including global & local town-halls and training initiatives, where needed
Facilitate and co-ordinate employee engagement activities with leadership team, employee groups and support teams
Co-ordinate travel related activities for Orion leadership team
Help put together Orion monthly news-letters, communication dossiers etc.
What We re Looking For:
Possess critical thinking skills to problem solve independently to meet timelines and requirements.
Possess strong spoken and written communication skills -, excellent time management as well as have a natural ability to set priorities, stay organized, meet deadlines and multitask
Be proactive in identifying and resolving issues
Be comfortable working with employees and senior leaders in remote locations
Possess experience with running projects and tools relevant to project management
Possess experience working with Microsoft Office tools/technologies such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and MS Project
