Job Description

    Admissions/Sales Executive (remote)Location: Our team works remotely, but you will have to be available to work during India-friendly hours.Responsibilities:Initiating telephonic conversations with candidates interested in Outscals programmes.Building strong relationships with potential customers in the pipelineDetermining the persona and providing solutions based on the pain points of the potential customersCoordinating both pre-sales and post-sales follow-upsMust-Have:1+ years experience in salesWorked with an ed-tech companyAbility to work efficiently under high-pressure situationsFamiliarity with tech lingoSolid English communication (both written and verbal)Street smart (gives equal weightage to hard work and smart work)Self-learning and self-initiating attitude with attention to detailGood to have:Ability to communicate complex products in the simplest of terms with relevant examplesStrong networking & relationship building skills, with the ability to negotiate and close dealsFluency with excel/google sheets or related software
