Be able to gain trust & respect of engineering, dependent teams and stakeholders to deliver resultsAbility to manage and influence team members without direct reporting authorityGreat ability to manage change and engage team membersGreat ability to provide direction and leadership to othersGreat facilitation and communication skills, including in executive levelGreat experience on IT Project and Portfolio activities and on risk managementGreat experience on resource and cost managementAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment; work with minimal supervision while delivering on action items in a timely fashionFluency on English Language and Spanish (desired).Desirable Requirements:Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principlesSCRUM Master certification a plusFinancials domain experienceDigital Transformation with .NET core and SOA OSB, BPEL experience will be an added advantage.,
