Job Description

    Position Summary:TheDataScientist Generative AI & NLP Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and solutions that meet our business needs. With 4 years of hands-onDataScienceexperience and at least 2 years working in Generative AI, you will bring specialized expertise in LLMs and NLP. Project experience in NLP is a must, and experience in developing AI Agents will be considered a strong plus. This role suits a creative, analytical, and proactive individual focused on pushing the capabilities of AI within our projects.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement AI models focused on NLP taskssuch as text classification, entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and language generation. Leverage deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, fine-tune, and deploy high-impact solutions across various business domains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (dataengineers, product managers, and domain experts) to define problem statements, build robustdatapipelines, and integrate models into production systems. Stay current with advancements in Generative AI and NLP; research and evaluate new methodologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Build, test, and optimize AI agents for automated tasks and enhanced user experiences where applicable. Ensure the integrity and quality ofdatathroughout the model development lifecycle, includingdatapreprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation. Communicate complex technical findings effectively to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations. Maintain documentation for all models, processes, and experiments, following best practices in version control and reproducibility.
    • Required Qualifications: B.S./M.S. or Ph.D. in ComputerScience,DataScience, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience inDataScience, with a proven track record of applying machine learning or AI techniques to real-world problems. At least 2 years of specialized experience in Generative AI, with demonstrable hands-on experience working with LLM architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, etc.). Strong project experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including building and deploying NLP models in production environments. Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, etc.). Experience withdatamanagement, model versioning, and workflow orchestration tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience developing AI Agents or autonomous systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for scalable model deployment. Exposure to reinforcement learning frameworks and techniques. Experience with DevOps/MLOps practices for robust model deployment and monitoring.
