The Agile Coach will assist driving an agile strategy for FactSet working across all aspects of the organization. This individual elevates our transformation by building upon a customer focused culture for the early and continuous delivery of valuable software. This change agent has advanced experience in an agile role, team coaching, organizational development, change management, and strong leadership skills to influence positive transformational impact to the organization. Our coach will drive the adoption and optimization of Agile principles and methodologies. Responsibilities Support the development of the Agile strategy and transformation plan for the organization Drive the implementation of Agile principles and methodologies Proactively collaborate and communicate with internal/ external stakeholders to address Agile knowledge gaps to support Agile effectiveness. Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement Develop an internal base of expertise to support an agile culture Execute on our team standup approach and coach teams Serve as subject matter expert to assist agile teams Enhance our internal coaching, training, CoE programs Establish measurements for organizational, leader and team Agile success Contribute to monitoring and measurement activities around the success of the Agile transformation Qualifications Experience in large scale agile transformations with multiple teams with multiple engagements standing up Agile teams utilizing Agile practices and principles 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach within an organization Extensive background in coaching and developing people and teams. Adept at influencing behavior change towards constant improvement Experience with design and delivery of related skill development programs (e.g. agile roles, user story writing, story splitting, road mapping and visioning, team building, collaboration / gamification techniques etc.) highly desired Deep knowledge and experience with multiple Agile frameworks Extended track record of delivering training in a manner than ensures knowledge transfer,
