Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications using Agile Project Management methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Develop and maintain software documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and test plans. - Ensure software quality by conducting thorough testing and debugging, utilizing automated testing tools and techniques. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in software engineering, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Agile Project Management methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with software development frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Experience with software testing and debugging, utilizing automated testing tools and techniques. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C, or Python. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
