AGM / Sr. Manager - Institutional Sales Over 15 years of experience in FMCG (Nutraceuticals)/ Pharma industry- OTC, Personal care of which atleast 2 years was spent in dealing with contract manufacturers on behalf of the FMCG / Pharma- OTC companyAGM / Sr. Manager - Institutional Sales AGM / Sr. Manager - Institutional Sales Position:- AGM / Sr. Manager - Institutional Sales (Govt. & Public organizations) (Healthcare, Hospital Care, Nutraceuticals, Hygiene)Positions Reporting:- Manager / Dy. Manager / Assistant Manager Regional Sales InchargeResponsibilities: Responsible for the marketing and sales of the Healthcare, Hospital Care and Home Care products through Govt. rate contracts in organizations like DGAFMS, Railways, DGHS, ESIC, CSD, BHEL, SAIL etc., Develop the marketing and sales strategy for these products Meet the high value institutional clients for Healthcare, Hospital Care and Home care products and ensure that they are satisfied with these products Co- ordinate with the regional liasoning agencies to ensure the timely participation in relevant tenders. Set sales targets for the Regional Sales Incharge for institutional sales (Govt. organization) Provide the necessary marketing input to the team and ensure that they have the support for achieving their target Provide the top management with the necessary information regarding the sale of these products as and when required. Co- ordinate with R&D and provide them with the inputs obtained from the customers Ensure that the collections are made from the customers Develop and approve marketing initiatives that would generate greater sales from institutional customers Participate in seminars, forums, etc for gaining knowledge and identify and recommend training programs for subordinates Participate in important decision making committees in the organisation and provide the necessary inputs wherever required. Job Specifications: Over 10 years of experience in Institutional Sales and Marketing of Healthcare / Homecare and Hospital Care products in an FMCG/ Medical Products/ Pharma- OTC Company of which atleast 3 years was spent in managing the sales and marketing of a complete product / product line Post Graduate in Management with specialization in Marketing,
